+ - How do I place an order in the online store?
To place an order, you should first select the products and create your order, then add the selected products to your basket, fill in the required fields correctly and follow the instructions to make the payment.
+ - To which countries are the products delivered?
Your order may be delivered not only throughout Latvia but to any European country as well.
+ - What are the payment methods for the order?
- Your order may be charged to a VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, or you may pay using Pay Pal.
- If you are a legal entity, you may request an invoice to be sent to your email address and pay the invoice by bank remittance.
+ - Do I have to pay for delivery services?
Our shipping partner is DPD. DPD offers three types of delivery:
- Parcelshop
- Courier delivery
- Express delivery

- in Europe if the order amount exceeds EUR 150

+ - How soon i will receive my parcel?
Usually, your order will reach you in Latvia and the Baltic States within 1-2 working days, after payment and processing of the order.
– We deliver orders to European countries within 5 working days, except, delivery to Greece may take up to 10 working days.
– In case you have not received your order within 6 working days, please contact us by writing to shop@sintiaschukina.com or by calling +37120359031.
+ - How can I cancel an order and return my money?
- In accordance with the Republic of Latvia’s legislation, you have the right to reject the purchased products within 14 days of receipt.
- To return the products, you will have to send a free-form request to our email shop@sintiaschukina.com stating the reason for the product return.
- Upon receipt of confirmation, you shall send the products by mail to the following address: Pulkveža Brieža iela 4 -3, Riga, Latvia, LV 1010.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and unpacked.
- Return delivery is charged to the client.
- Upon receipt of the products, we will refund your purchase to your bank account which normally takes 3 days but occasionally may take up to 14 days.
